2. Full Refund Guarantee — If We Fail to Deliver

If we are unable to complete your service (e.g., company formation, EIN application, or business setup) due to an issue on our end, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your payment.

✅ Examples that qualify for a full refund:

  • We failed to submit your company registration
  • We could not obtain your EIN within the agreed timeline and no workaround was provided
  • We failed to deliver your digital package (e.g., website, logo, social setup) without explanation or action

3. When Refunds Are Not Issued

Once your company formation or related service has been initiated, we are unable to issue a refund, unless the failure is proven to be caused by us.

❌ Refunds are not provided if:

  • You change your mind after we begin the process
  • You provide false, incomplete, or unverifiable information
  • Government agencies (e.g., IRS, Companies House) delay or reject filings for reasons beyond our control
  • You fail to complete required identity verification or onboarding steps
  • The package has been partially delivered (e.g., domain registered, filings submitted)

4. Refund Requests Must Be Timely

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at support@yourcompanyready.com within 7 calendar days of the issue arising or delivery failure. Provide your full name, order ID, and a description of the problem.

We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing any chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues honestly and professionally.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services and may be contested with our supporting records.

6. Policy Updates
